Back To Our Regularly Scheduled Programming

So, I did a Google image search for the phrase "back to our regularly scheduled programming," and this amazing picture of Kim Possible came up. I felt it best described my elation over the Winter Olympics being over.

I love the spirit of the Olympics and the idea of the Olympics, but I do not enjoy watching the Olympics (or most athletics, for that matter) on TV for hours and hours on end. When I was a wee lass, I enjoyed watching the figure skating (oh, Oksana Baiul, how I longed to be you), but I am not longer a wee lass. Now I am just a lass who gets annoyed when her TV schedule is interrupted by 65 hours of "Shaun White's hair is so red!" commentary.

Now that the Olympics have ended, the hiatuses will start to end, as well. And, oh, the spring premieres! March is set to be a pretty interesting month. Here are a few key dates to keep in mind for the upcoming week:

Tuesday March 2 - The premiere of Parenthood on NBC at 10pm.

Tuesday March 2 - Lil Wayne begins his one-year prison sentence.

Friday March 5 - Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland opens in theaters.

Sunday March 7 - The 82nd Annual Academy Awards begin at 8pm on ABC.

And don't forget to check Scheduling with the Stars for more dates and other important information.

What are you excited to see return or premiere this month?
