Shane West Cast in CW Pilot

This made me scream out loud when I read it, so I felt it appropriate to share here:

Shane West has been cast as the male lead in the CW's pilot for its La Femme Nikita reboot. Shane will play opposite wonderful, talented, glorious, excellent-choice-for-this-part actress Maggie Q. His character is described as "the agent in charge of recruitment sent to bring in the rogue Nikita."

I have been pining for more Shane West on TV since he left ER as a series regular in 2007. This is really truly exciting news for me. He is going to be Maggie Q's Vaughn!!! HELL YES!!!

  1. I hope with all my heart that 'Nikita' go forward and leading.
    Miss so much Shane West on my TV.
    I'm not saying that the old actors were bad, but as I am part of Shane West's generation. Certainly I'll like to see more Shane West and Maggie Q, than the old actors. Because honestly we can not cling to a stereotype image based on the past. Things have to be adapted to the present.
