Courtney Love My Bad I Mean Hole Performs on British TV

Courtney Love's fake revived version of her 90s grunge rock band Hole performed on British late night show Friday Night with Jonathan Ross this week. Check out their re-tuned song "Samantha" in the video above.

This song has been a staple from the Nobody's Daughter tracks that have been circulating for the last three years. It sounds like Courtney reworked it a little bit since it was last posted online. I know I am angry at her over the constant record delays, the fact that she is pretending her new band is Hole, and her all around fashion-obsessed elitism and craziness, but I have GOT to admit that she can still fucking rock. I'll give her that.

And, I think we all know, even though I am mad about this stuff, I will still buy this record if it ever comes out. Because my 13-year-old self would kill me if I didn't.

At least the fact that she is performing new songs live* with her new band is a good sign of progress. Maybe Nobody's Daughter will see the light of day in 2010 after all!

*Note: My speculative thoughts on this are that she is performing in the UK not just because she has been recording there, but maybe because they are less all about the "Courtney is batshit crazy, do not take her seriously!" media coverage and she has a better chance of her return being accepted? I'm just spitballin' here.
