Don't Judge Me: Excited Over a Sequel Edition

Whilst reading up on the latest movie news this morning, I discovered that shooting will begin next month in Atlanta on a sequel to my favorite movie from 2007: Stomp the Yard.

Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming will take place four years after the first film, but returning director Rob Hardy promises that we "might see some familiar faces." He must mean in addition to the first film's star Columbus Short, who has already signed on to reprise his role as DJ. Actors Collins Pennie and Pooch Hall, as well as last year's So You Think You Can Dance runner-up Stephen Boss (who will reportedly play the film's antagonist, Taz), have also joined the cast.

I know I am over the age of 16 and that these dance-themed teen movies are starting to outnumber the Wayans brothers' "________ Movie" films, but I fucking LOVED Stomp the Yard and I just can't help myself. I AM SO EXCITED that there is going to be a sequel!!!
